WE ARE  CURRENTLY SEEKING:

Program Manager: Part-time Non-Exempt: Directs a broad range of programs and leadership initiatives developed and endorsed by Boys & Girls Clubs of America at Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka (BGCT) Club. Responsible for introducing and training all staff members to facilitate and implement BGCA programs that build a foundation for defined outcomes and achievements.

Literacy Assistant: Part-time Non-Exempt: Supports the Literacy Administrator with the implements & management of reading enrichment programs designed specifically for use in out-of-school environments.  Increase Club member’s motivation to read and build literacy skills.  Assuring powerful positive effects on members by: strengthening their motivation to learn, promoting their academic achievement and fostering their growth as caring and principled human beings.

Manager of First Impressions: Part-time Non-Exempt: A vital position that provides the first impression of who and what the Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka is. The Manager of First Impressions works collaboratively with the program team to provide an initial/immediate point of contact for parents, Club Members, community partners, donors, the general public and others making contact on the phone or in person as well as serving as a central resource point for Club Members during Club hours.

Impact Coach for Teens: Part-time Non-ExemptResponsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth 6th grade through age 18 that prepares youth for success and creates a Club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement.

Youth Development Leader: Part-time Non-Exempt: Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 5-18 and that prepares youth for success and creates a club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement.
