Enrollment forms can be dropped off at either the Adams Unit, or Indian Creek or Logan Elementary Units.
We are open on school days out from 7:30am till 5:30pm!

Summer Enrollment
Summer Open Enrollment is open from
February 1st to May 15th 2012.
Due to KDHE regulations, there is a limited number of spots available for the Summer program. Spots will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Only those members with confirmation letters have guaranteed spots for the program.
If you are in need of assistance for the deposit or summer fees, scholarship applications are included in the packet.
