Bus Driver: Part-time Non-Exempt - The BGCT Bus/Van Driver is responsible for safely operating the BGCT bus, transporting Club members in a professional and responsible way, and represents self as a positive, caring, respectful role model for Club members and general public. A full job description can be found here: Bus Driver

Facility Maintence Coordinator: Part-time Non-Exempt - Works closely with VP of Operations, and Club/Area Directors, the Facility Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organizing, managing and directing various technical responsibilities associated with the maintenance of facilities, grounds and equipment of BGCT owned properties. Nutrition Aid: Part-time Non-Exempt - Assists the Nutrition Assistant & Nutrition Coordinator in providing food service activities with specific responsibilities to meet the nutritional needs of Club members: inventory management, following a menu of healthy food options, preparing and serving food items to members, basics of accurate record keeping of food distribution, and maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition.

School Year Morning Youth Development Leader: Part-time Non-Exempt - Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 5-12 and that prepares youth for success and creates a Club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement. School Year Impact Coach: Part-time Non-Exempt - Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 13-18 years old and that prepares youth for success and creates a club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement. A full description can be found here:  Impact Coach
 
Site Coordinator 1, 2: Part-time Non-Exempt - Act as the key contact person for parents, staff, teachers, principal, etc at the assigned BGCT site.  Manage initial response in crisis situations and contact Area Director as needed.  Provide regular clerical and administrative support to the Area Director. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, answers telephones and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Coordinates, supervises and evaluates activities provided within a specific site, such as Power Hour, Project Learn, Torch Club, Smart Moves, and Triple Play. A full job description can be found here: Site Coordintor
 
YDL3/Literacy Innovator: Part-time Non-Exempt - Supports the Literacy Director with the introduction and implementation of reading enrichment programs designed specifically for use in out-of-school environments.
