Youth Development Leader: Part-time Non-Exempt - Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 5-18 and that prepares youth for success and creates a Club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement. A full description can be found here:  Youth Development Leader

Site Coordinator: Part-time Non-Exempt - Act as the key contact person for parents, staff, teachers, principal, etc at the assigned BGCT site. Manage initial response in crisis situations and contact Area Director as needed. Provide regular clerical and administrative support to the Area Director. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, answers site phone and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Coordinates, supervises and evaluates activities provided within a specific site, such as Power Hour, Project Learn, Torch Club, Smart Moves, and Triple Play. Nutrition Assistant: Part-time Non-Exempt - The Nutrition Assistant was established for the purpose/s of providing food service activities with specific responsibilities to meet the nutritional needs of Club members:  preparing and serving food items to members, assisting with inventory management, accurate record keeping of food distribution, and maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition.
