Program Director: Full-time Non-Exempt - Oversees, facilitates and trains a broad range of programs and leadership initiatives developed and endorsed by The Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) at Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka (BGCT). Inspires and provides guidance to the Program Leadership Team to implement and facilitate a broad array of impactful programs in the areas or Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character & Citizenship. Tecumseh Area Director: Full-time Non-Exempt - Manages overall daily operations of more than one designated before/afterschool and summer programs. Primary focus will be on management of program staff and volunteers. Additional duties include: building and maintaining collaborative relationships with school district personnel, Club families and membership administration. Bus Driver: Part-time Non-Exempt - The BGCT Bus/Van Driver is responsible for safely operating the BGCT bus, transporting Club members in a professional and responsible way, and represents self as a positive, caring, respectful role model for Club members and general public. A full job description can be found here: Bus Driver

Site Coordinator: Part-time Non-Exempt - Act as the key contact person for parents, staff, teachers, principal, etc at the assigned BGCT site.  Manage initial response in crisis situations and contact Area Director as needed.  Provide regular clerical and administrative support to the Area Director. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, answers telephones and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Coordinates, supervises and evaluates activities provided within a specific site, such as Power Hour, Project Learn, Torch Club, Smart Moves, and Triple Play. A full job description can be found here: Site Coordintor

Morning Youth Development Leader: Part-time Non-Exempt - Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 5-12 and that prepares youth for success and creates a Club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement.
