BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT   

Director of Operations - Teen Services: Full-time Exempt - Oversee operations of BGCT Teen Center i.e. “The Club” with the primary concern for strategic planning and operations of the Teen Center; develops a comprehensive recruitment strategy and plan of action in the areas of outreach, membership retention and recruitment; program budget management and effective staffing that will work together to support the distinct developmental stages of the tween/teen membership population. Provides leadership and direction to BGCT Teen Team in carrying out the key roles assigned to them.  Works in partnership with the Development Officer in the acquisition of resources, provides the lead oversight and assurance of funding outcomes and expectations and reflected in funding awards for teen programs, initiatives and the BGCT Teen Center priorities. A full job description can be found here: Director of Operations - Teen Services
 
Nutrition Coordinator: Full-time Non-Exempt - The Nutrition Coordinator was established for the purpose/s of providing food service activities with specific responsibilities to meet the nutritional needs of Club members:  ordering necessary food items within budget specifications, creating a menu of healthy food options, preparing and serving food items to members, inventory management, accurate record keeping of food distribution, and maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition. BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS PART TIME EMPLOYMENT                    

Youth Development Leader: Part-time Non-Exempt - Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 5-18 and that prepares youth for success and creates a Club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement. A full description can be found here:  Youth Development Leader

Sports, Fitness & Health Coordinator: Part-time Non-Exempt - Implements & manages comprehensive programs in the areas of physical health, exercise, athletic & sports programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka (BGCT) Responsible for inspiring all staff members to fully participate and engage in the programs that build a foundation for members to adopt healthy lifestyles, practice healthy lifestyle choices and make a lifelong commitment to fitness. The pay wage range for this position is $10.00-$15.00hr. A full job description can be found here: Sports, Fitness & Health Coordinator Job Description
