BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT

Chief Financial Officer: Full-time Exempt - The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. The CFO supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. The CFO reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and directly assists the Vice Presidents of Operations (VPO) and Vice President of Program Management and Design (VPPMD) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. The CFO and administration will define the process and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support substantial growth over the next five (5) to ten (10) years. The CFO will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems, including financial, accounting, legal, information technology, human resources, and physical infrastructure. BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS PART TIME EMPLOYMENT                    

School Year Morning Youth Development Leader: Part-time Non-Exempt - Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 5-12 and that prepares youth for success and creates a Club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement. Must be available between the hours of 7:00AM-9:00AM Monday thru Friday. A full description can be found here:  Youth Development Leader

School Year Afternoon Youth Development Leader: Part-time Non-Exempt - Responsible for implementation of a broad range of programs for youth between the ages of 5-12 and that prepares youth for success and creates a Club environment that facilitates achievement of 1) Positive Self Identity 2) Health & Well-being 3) Positive Values 4) Commitment to Learning 5) Social Competency & 6) Community & Civic Involvement. YDL3/Literacy Innovator: Part-time Non-Exempt - Supports the Literacy Director with the introduction and implementation of reading enrichment programs designed specifically for use in out-of-school environments.
