Stronger Together.

Small gestures can make a BIG impact on the kids who need us most.

$20 helps us provide after school care and virtual learning support to one Club member each week.

Is there a better way to spend $20 than by helping build great futures for our kids?

Back to School looks different this year.

Although school, as we know it, has changed, Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka is here to do whatever is takes to ensure all kids have equal access to resources and a safe, inclusive environment. Whether it is virtually or in-person, BGCT meets kids where they are, with meals, school supplies, and impact programming with positive mentors, so they can have a great future.

We remain committed to our mission of enabling young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We know that when we support our kids, the ripple effect goes far beyond that. When kids are supported in a safe, caring environment, parents can get back to work, improving our local economy.

So what do we have in place to provide support to kids and families during this time?

  • 14 locations for before and after school programming
  • 4 virtual learning/safety zone locations
    • open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm to support remote learning and get parents back to work!
      • meal service
      • social emotional support
      • dedicated, caring, and trained staff
      • safe place

At BGCT, there is nothing more important than the safety of our youth Club members. We work every day to create a safe, fun environment, so kids can have every opportunity to be successful in life.

  • Masks required for staff at all locations
  • Reduced capacity
  • Social distancing
  • Staff health screening and temp checks daily
  • Safe Environment protocol
    • at drop off AND pick up
    • health screenings/temp checks before entering buildings
    • daily routines modified for safety
    • heightened cleaning and disinfecting protocol

We're all in this together. Whatever it takes.

Visit our Club Locations pages to learn more about the continuous efforts we have made, and will continue to make, in order to meet the urgent needs of kids and teens.

We will do Whatever it Takes,
but we need YOU to help champion our efforts!

When you set up a recurring gift to Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka,
you will join a special group of people who contribute each month to
help us provide the support our kids and families so desperately need.

Please join this group of Back 2 School Club Champions and help keep Club doors open!
