  • The Green Level Club Membership

    (Household income $0-$39,999)

    • Before School: $40/month/member

    • After School: $40/month/member

    • Summer: $35/week/member

    • School Days Out: $10/day/member

    The Blue Level Club Membership

    (Household income $40,000+)

    • Before School: $90/month/member

    • After School: $108/month/member

    • Summer: $90/week/member

    • School Days Out: $20/day/member

  • Yes, School Days Out have a fee based on the household Club Level.

    • For Green Level Members, the fee is $10/day/member.

    • For Blue Level Members, the fee is $20/day/member.

    • Middle & high school age you can be members of the BGCT Teen Center

    • The Teen Center annual membership fee is $20.

    • No, we do not transport from all 501 schools. We review use and need annually to determine which schools BGCT will provide shuttle service from. Click Here​ to see our transportation partnerships

    • Enrollment opens on the 1st Monday in July for current members and the

    • 2nd Monday in July for new members.

    • Enrollment for school day out programs open on the 1st day of each month i.e. September school day out enrollment opens August 1st

    • Simply enroll through the online enrollment portal

    • To coordinate staffing, enrollment closes 5 business days prior to the service day .

    • School based sites & Montara Unit: 7:00am – Start of school; End of school – 6:00pm

    • Adams Club & Teen Center: Until 7:00pm (Dinner served to members)

    • School Days Out: 7:00am – 6:00pm at all locations

    • Current Members: enrollment opens on the 3rd Monday in March

    • New Members:  enrollment opens the 4th Monday in March

    • Your child can attend the following locations:

      • Logan Elementary (Seaman / USD 345 Calendar)

      • Montara (Auburn Washburn /  USD 437 Calendar)

      • Adams Club (TPS / USD 501 Calendar)

      • Tecumseh North (Shawnee Heights / 450 Calendar)

      • Teen Center (TPS / USD 501 Calendar)

    • Click on the Enroll Today button to create an account

    • Choose “Memberships”

    • Select the location and membership for your child

    • Complete the enrollment

    • Select “Registrations” for specific services (Before/After School, School Days Out, Summer Weeks)

    • Check out and choose your payment method (Autopay or another option)

    • You can play for the complete balance, set up a recurring credit card payment, or arrange to may monthly

    • Online through online enrollment portal,

      • Mailed: BGCT attn ACCT Payable 550 SE 27th St Topeka KS 66605  (please write your child’s name in the memo line or attach a note with your check/Money order)

    • In Person: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Administrative office located at the Adams Club 550 SE 27th  M-F  

     

    ******* Please do not send payments with your child to the Club

    • Yes, families not qualifying for the KEEP program can apply for financial assistance through The Club to find a suitable plan for their situation.

    • If you child receives health insurance through KanCare, there is a Value-added Benefit of $50 per child per year for BGCT Club membership. Please indicate which KanCare plan ( Healthy Blue, Sunflower or United Healthcare ) on your BGCT enrollment application and we will work with you and the health plan provider to recoup this BGC membership benefit
