School District Partnerships
School Year Enrollment
School year enrollment opens the 1st Monday in July for current members and the 2nd Monday in July for new and returning members. This membership now INCLUDES all school days out (SDOs)! We are so excited to be able to offer this for our members! You still must enroll through programs for any day and all SDOs close 5 business days before the event. SDOs will open on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month. (ex. September days will open August 1st).
- In School sites & Montara run 7am - school start and school end - 6pm
- Adams Club & Teen Center go until 7pm and serve dinner to members!
Summer Enrollment
Summer enrollment opens the 3rd Monday in March for current members and the 4th Monday in March for new members. Members must have completed kindergarten to attend summer. Members can attend any of these elementary sites for summer or school days out programming:
- Logan Elementary – Follows 345 Calendar
- Montara (Velma K Paris Community Center) – Follows 437 Calendar
- Adams Club – Follows 501 Calendar
- Tecumseh North – Follows 450 Calendar
- Teen Center – Follows 501 Calendar
Transportation Services
Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka in partnership with Topeka Public Schools provides complimentary transportation from designated schools to our Club sites. Transportation is offered at no additional charge as a privilege to support access to our programs.
To maintain eligibility for these transportation services, all students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with all safety protocols and behavior expectations established by BGCT. Failure to comply with these standards may result in the suspension or termination of transportation privileges.
Our top priority is the safety and well-being of every child. We appreciate your partnership in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and positive transportation experience for all Club members.
Montara Before School Program (Pauline South & Pauline Central Students)

USD 437 will provide transportation from BGCT Before School Program to Pauline South

BGCT will escort students from Montara Before School Program to Pauline Central in time for breakfast service

BGCT will escort Pauline South students from Montara Before School to Pauline Central to safely board USD 437 transportation to Pauline South.
Montara After School Program

USD 437 will provide transportation from Pauline South to BGCT Afterschool School

BGCT will escort students from Pauline Central to Montara Afterschool Program

USD 437 will transport Pauline South students to Pauline Central; BGCT will then escort them to Montara Afterschool program

Yes, families not qualifying for the KEEP program can apply for financial assistance through The Club to find a suitable plan for their situation.

If you child receives health insurance through KanCare, there is a Value-added Benefit of $50 per child per year for BGCT Club membership. Please indicate which KanCare plan ( Healthy Blue, Sunflower or United Healthcare ) on your BGCT enrollment application and we will work with you and the health plan provider to recoup this BGC membership benefit
