Learning Coach

The first step in the National Trainers Initiative, becoming a Learning Coach is the start of your certified training journey. Becoming a Learning Coach is the entry point to becoming a certified National Trainer and is accessible to anyone employed by a Boys & Girls Clubs. Learning Coaches must be enrolled in Spillett Leadership University (SLU) and be committed to supporting the professional development of other staff at their organization.
