Tier 1 Trainer
The second step in the National Trainers Initiative, advancing as to Tier 1 beings the start of helping train others. You must have been employed by a Boys & Girls Club Organization for at least 12 months and you must have led at least two sessions, trainings or other adult learning opportunities within the past year.
